Pediatrics is a wonderful field where you get to know children and their families very closely. Serving families and their medical needs is an important role we play as medical providers.
Marvin (Alex) Andrade, PA-C takes this role very seriously while serving the youngest members of our Houston community. Mr. Andrade has been practicing pediatrics for 11 years. He recently moved to Houston from the Rio Grande Valley region of Texas where he was living and practicing.
After graduation from high school, Mr. Andrade attended Rice University for his undergraduate education. He graduated from Rice University in 1999. After graduation he moved to the Rio Grande Valley and attended Physician Assistants School. He graduated from University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley (UT-RGV) with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2007.
He speaks Spanish, English and some Portuguese.
On his free time he enjoys playing soccer, spending time with his wife and two daughters who are six and ten years old.
He also likes to travel and get to know new places, their customs and the way people live. This is one of the ways, he believes, we can better serve those around us that come for their medical needs.
